XRPL.to charges 0.4% of the XRP a swap spends or receives; a token-to-token swap moves no XRP and pays no XRPL.to fee. You also pay the XRP Ledger network fee (0.000012 XRP) and, when the trade goes through an AMM pool, that pool's own trading fee. There is no KYC, no sign-up, and no custody.
Yes — to receive FEFE you need a trustline to its issuer. XRPL.to handles this automatically when you initiate the swap. The trustline reserves 0.2 XRP, which is recoverable when removed.
Yes — XRPL.to never holds your XRP or FEFE. The swap is signed in your wallet and submitted directly to the XRP Ledger. Funds move from your wallet to the order book / AMM and back to your wallet in a single atomic transaction.
